The GetCorporateAnnouncementAttachment function is used to download the PDF attachment associated with a corporate announcement for a given stock exchange and URL.
This function can be used to download any historical or recent corporate announcement PDF attachment by simply providing the exchange and the encoded URL of the attachment.
